Rubber Roof System

The Rubber Roof System can be used in many applications, such as covering a leaky mobile home roof. It eliminates the use of coating and patching. With a 10-year warranty on the rubber, this system saves energy and money.

The standard Rubber Roof 0.045" rubber is installed over an underlayment (not included), such as 2" expanded polystyrene.

The widths available are 10', 13', and 15'. The size ordered should be at least 1' wider and 1' longer than the roof to be covered. For example, a 12' x 60' home requires 13' x 61', while a 14' x 70' home requires 15' x 71'.

The package includes EPDM rubber, edge bar, vinyl trim, butyl tape, fasteners, and caulk and splice adhesive or rubber flashing for vents.
